Andersen, Round 6–Building a family

 

At first, I tried to get Rebecca to get the Wishing well from the garden club. As you can see, I didn’t succeed.. So instead she called the match maker

And got THIS...? Which really didn’t please Rebecca

nor did it please Jamie… Apparently, during the Johansen round, where you saw a picture of them hugging – the game! had started a new romance between them…. Sigh… I’m so not getting The Sims 3, I’ve got enough drama as it is…

Go home to your PREGNANT wife Jamie…!

Rebecca tried once more with the matchmaker, and this time…

it pleased Rebecca far more..

Things started to move fast after that

Bent Carlsson joined the household

they got engaged

and then married. (Finally I’m doing this in the right order!)

They moved out of Rebecca’s apartment, and bought a house, so they could get started on their family.

Since I don’t have a full picture of the house, you’ll get a picture with a part of it in it, Rebecca in her cool work outfit, and Bent after his makeover.. We really couldn’t have him running around in this butlersuit, far too formal..

Paprika grew up, and Bent and Rebecca decided to get a male for her

So they went out and bought… another cat…. The name escapes me, sorry…

But they didn’t turned out to be the best of friends.. Sigh… I’m sensing it will take a while with the kittens..

Luckily, it didn’t take long for Bent and Rebecca to concieve

And they could welcome Magness into their family

The naming theme of this household is from the Random generator at www.kleimo.com/random/name . The ‘obscurity’ factor of the names are 1, which means that they are very common.

And then the promotions started rolling in. Bent got like 3 promotions this update, while Rebecca only got 1. But she ahs also been on maternity leave, so I think she is excused..  

And Magness had her birthday… I forgot to write her pesonality down, but you’ll get it next update..  

By the way, Bent hasn’t been formerly introduced, I haven’t got his personality written down, but he is a family sim, with a second aspiration as fortune.
